A multifaceted personality, Mrs. Harpreet Randhawa has been a pioneer in the educational and training industry with the inception of Vinspire.
She is the face of the prestigious Vinspire and shoulders the responsibility of conceptualization, customization & delivery of all programs. She is a catalyst and acts as a bridge and interface with her audience & clients. Her experience stems from her teaching days and as a decorated sports personality of having represented India in Women’s Cricket and Delhi University Hockey contingent in All India Universities championships. As a practicing teacher, facilitator, Parent & an Army Officer’s Wife, she uses her knowledge & experience to inspire young teachers, parents, women, corporate employees and students to pursue their careers in the best of their abilities & contribute towards Nation Building.
Apart from Vinspire, she is also the Director at Centre for Education Growth & Research, Maharashtra and continues to advise the board and create programs for them in the field of education.
She’s a proud recipient of the Udyog Shiksha Puruskar 2014 and Innovative Trainer 2017, GESA. In 2017 she was awarded Gaurav Shiksha Puruskar, by CEGR for her contribution in the field of Teacher Training and the renowned Women Economic Forum (WEF) recognized her contribution in field of Education and awarded her the “Women of Excellence” award in 2019.
Apart from being a teacher & an Entrepreneur she is a certified Master trainer for teacher training from the prestigious University of Cambridge and is also a qualified Life Coach accredited by Franklin Covey. She also holds her certificate of being a DISC trainer.
As a part of her contribution to her roots, she is the Vice Chairperson of the Alumni Association of Naval Children School, New Delhi, which happens to be her alma mater and has also been recently inducted as a Member on the Board of Directors, Punjabi Chamber of Commerce.

Navinder is instrumental in coining the Three Circle Philosophy©, which is the backbone of all Vinspire’s modules. Strategic conceptualization of Learning & Development concepts is his forte. A veteran from NDA with 22 years spent in the Indian Army. He is an Alumni of Defense Services Staff College is passionate about blogging. At present, he Heads Infrastructure & Administration at ICICI HFC Ltd.

Raminder holds Masters in English Literature, Bachelors in Education from the prestigious Central institute of Education, New Delhi. She was selected by the British Council TV Unit to produce & deliver Training programs in the early 80s on the National Television. With 37 years rich experience of teaching & administering schools she brings the strong foundation of Vinspire.
