She is the interface with the audience at VInspire, leading the conceptualization, customization, and delivery of programs. Recipient of the Udyog Shiksha Puruskar (2014), Innovative Trainer (2017, GESA), and Gaurav Shiksha Puruskar (2017, CEGR), she was also honored as “Woman of Excellence” by the Women Economic Forum in 2019. Ex-Director, Centre for Education Growth & Research, Maharashtra, she is a Master Trainer (University of Cambridge), a Franklin Covey–accredited Life Coach, and a certified DISC trainer. A teacher and entrepreneur, she has made significant contributions to teacher training and educational leadership.
